About the role :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Fashion Allocator Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the right products are allocated to the right stores at the right time, maximizing sales and minimizing stock imbalances across channels.
Responsibilities :
- Allocate stock to stores based on sales performance, demand patterns, and store capacity
- Monitor sell-through rates, stock levels, and product performance across all locations
- Replenish best-selling items and manage slow-moving inventory proactively
- Collaborate with respective teams to optimize stock flow
- Analyze historical data and trends to support allocation strategies
- Ensure timely and accurate stock distribution for new product launches and promotions
- Prepare regular allocation and performance reports
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Management, Supply Chain, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in allocation, merchandising, or inventory planning (fashion retail preferred)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
