Position description:

Responsible for serving and assisting customers whilst overseeing sales of products and services for their employer.

Primary Responsibilities:

Requirements:

1. At least Senior High School/Diploma/Bachelor's degree from reputable universities
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a store crew in a sales environment, preferably within the retail industry.

Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule daily floor staff to ensure optimal performance and productivity.

Store Operations: Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, safety standards, and procedures.

Sales & Customer Service: Drive sales targets, handle customer escalations, and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

As Assistant Store Manager, your strong leadership skills and retail experience will set the example for your team while manage the department in accordance with company standards, working closely with the regional team to achieve the store's objectives and support the entire team. Your main responsibilities will be:

Stock & Sales Management:

• To ensure an effective replenishment and complete orders in line with the company guidelines.
• To drive sales to improve store performance
• To be aware of what is new in the delivery, what is expected on the next one and to manage the product available in the shop floor and stockroom accordingly.
• Responsible for the stockrooms organization.
• To guarantee visual merchandising standards across the store.

Product/Commercial/Visual Management:

• Ensure shop floor layout and new lines are merchandised according to according to/follow the Company guidelines/ operational policies and procedures.
• Analyze daily business information & data and reacts to it accordingly.
• Be in charge of planning the commercial and visual activity of the store in a daily/ weekly/ seasonal manner.
• Control product level in the store.

Customer Service:

• To ensure a high level of customer service is offered in the store leading by example.
• Drive, monitor and support customer service action plans.
• To solve and manage customer issues as they arise and thrive for Customer satisfaction.
• To understand and reinforce the company return policy.
• To train the team in providing excellent customer service and follow up the requirements consistently.

Store Procedures:

• To manage and oversee the complete of delivery process across the assigned stores and to react to unexpected circumstances when necessary.
• To participate in the planning and manage the process of the stock take and sales preparation.
• To ensure that all security procedures are followed in the store.
• To deliver exceptional customer service and drive the team to ensure that minimums are maintained across the store.
• To prepare monthly shift, daily planners and holidays according to business need

Job Descriptions:

The incumbent will be accountable for developing and implementing Sales strategy and plan for her/his respective Store for achieving company's sales number.

S/he will be responsible for Sales Target, Ensure Merchandising and Store Standard and Service Level to Customers. She/he will need to Maintain Store Cleanliness, tidiness all the time and ensure merchandising and Store standard under her/his responsibility, to achieve company's objective(s).

Requirements:

·                At least Bachelor degree from reputable universities

·                At least 1 – 2 years working experiences as Assistant Senior Store Associate (SSA) / Store Leader Level in Sales Store, preferably from Retail industry

·                Willingness to commit for long-term career in retail company

·                Manages a team of Store Associates to ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales in store

·                Has strong technical knowledge of the organization's products, services and sales techniques

·                Works with Area Manager to develop and maximize the sales team's revenue potential
