Position description:

Responsible for serving and assisting customers whilst overseeing sales of products and services for their employer.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate products' features
2. Examine merchandise
3. Carry out order intake
4. Provides customer service to clients and potential clients.
5. Process orders and follow up with buyers.
6. Organise product display
7. Prepare sales checks
8. Ensure stock storage safety
9. Plan aftersales arrangements

Requirements:

1. At least Senior High School/Diploma/Bachelor's degree from reputable universities
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a store crew in a sales environment, preferably within the retail industry.
3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for positions such as Store Associate, Cashier, or daily worker.
4. Willingness to commit for long-term career in retail company
5. Has strong technical knowledge of the organization's products, services and sales techniques
6. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
7. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
8. Performs a variety of tasks and leads and directs the work of others
9. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
10. Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal skills.
11. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.

• Prepare reports on returned and / or damaged beauty products
• Attend and respond to customer queries on beauty products to enhance sales
• Extend extensive beauty product knowledge to customers
• Promote and sell beauty products of the company to customers who walk – in

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals.
• Ensure that customers receive outstanding service and assistance.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Ensure that the store layout is visually appealing and products are well-presented.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management on stock replenishment.
• Assist in managing inventory, including stock replenishment and markdowns.
• Collaborate with the management team to optimize inventory levels.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Contribute to the analysis of sales data and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proficient in English with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional work environment
• Holds a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Prior experience in the retail industry is required; background in fashion retail is a strong plus
• Demonstrated experience in supervising and managing teams
• Hands-on experience conducting stock opname (inventory audits)
• Deep understanding and practical use of retail matrix systems and POS (Point of Sale) platforms
• Experience in Visual Merchandising is an added advantage
• Previous experience as a Cashier is preferred but not mandatory

3. Conduct regular QA checks to ensure website accuracy and smooth checkout processes.
4. Coordinate with brands/principals, developers or agencies to resolve technical issues and implement enhancements.
5. Analyze website traffic, conversion, and sales performance to identify improvement opportunities.
6. Execute website merchandising activities to optimize product visibility and sales.
7. Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Design, and Operations teams for campaign execution.
8. Prepare regular website performance reports and actionable insights.
9. Support initiatives to improve customer journey, conversion rate, and revenue growth.

Administrative Assistance: Assisting with daily office tasks, data entry, document filing, and organizing schedules.

Customer Service: Addressing customer complaints and inquiries efficiently via phone, email, or in-person interactions.

Operational Support: Assisting team members with daily workflows, event preparations, and general coordination tasks.

Record Management: Maintaining accurate logs, updating database records, and preparing routine reports as needed.
